GUI:
- Added capability of both 16bpp/8bpp graphics.
- WinHandler accepts now the value of 16 on the param BitsPixel
- Added HzSlider and ImgButton GUI objects.
- Improved HzScrollBar and VtSCrollBar behavior (acceleration ...)
- Many improvements on FileBox including being keyboard friendly ..
- Bug fixes on ListBox, ComboBox more keyboard friendly.
- Removed InitPaletteGUI, now a palette is a parameter on the constructor of WinHandler
- many small bug fixes and improvement.

SOUND:
- Finalized a working Sound Blaster pro sound driver.
- Renamed many constants.
